When I saw that my turn to worry about our volunteer coverage happened to fall from Christmas Day through New Year’s Eve, you can imagine how nervous I was about finding coverage. Fortunately we have the BEST volunteers out of any agency in the entire world and most of these gaps got covered! I want to give a big shout out to the gapbusters this week, especially those of you who worked on the holidays. Thanks to Rebecca, Eddie, Francine, Amethyst, Callie, DeeAnn, Madison, Nancy, Jean, Emily, Laura, Quinn, and Deborah, we were able to end 2023 with a bang providing support to the many people struggling with their mental health during the holidays. Not to mention the rest of you who prevented gaps by sticking with your normally scheduled shifts!
