I’ve received some feedback that some people are having issues changing their password if they have forgotten it. If you did not set up security questions when we first switched over to Five9, you will not be able to change it by yourself and it will tell you to contact an admin. To set up your security questions, follow the steps:
Step 1. Login to Five9
Step 2. Click My Settings on the page where you normally click Agent.
Step 3. Fill out the Security Questions and Answer.
Step 4. Click Update.
