You may notice a change when you go to write up your cards – “Publicity” is now a required field. Please try to remember to ask callers how they heard about us before wrapping up the call. A good time to ask might be while searching for referrals, especially if there are long periods of silence.
If the client is a KC or says that they have called before, you should put “Prior Experience” as the Publicity. If you forget to ask, you can select “Not Given.”
Our community education program has been busy and we would love to find out how many students we’re reaching. So if a client says that they got our information from a school workshop, please make sure to document that in your card.
