Hi Everyone,
We have added a couple of conditional questions to the Suicide Outreach and Follow-Up forms. Now, if the caller says that someone else may answer the phone, another question will pop up asking “Is it ok to tell them who we are and why we’re calling?” If the answer is yes, you’ll proceed with the form as usual. If the answer is no, another question will pop up “If no, what would you like us to say?”
This update allows us to obtain consent to speak with another person if the client isn’t the one who answers the phone when we call them, and works similarly to the question asking if it’s okay for us to leave a voicemail. If the client says that nobody else would answer the phone, you won’t need to worry about these extra questions at all.
