Hi Counselors:
Please see a new referral I added today. It is called Rise Life Services Elevations Clinic. They are located in Riverhead but serve all of Long Island. They are a comprehensive outpatient mental health agency. They provide an array of services and also conduct psychiatric evaluations, and have a psychiatric NP on staff for medication management. I think they are a great addition to our database.
