CONGRATULATIONS TO LILY FOR GOING SOLO!
Lily is an excellent new counselor, and even though Kramer (see above) might have been inept on the phones, the opposite can be said of Lily. I had the pleasure of doing her solo supervision, and she is a true asset to LICC.
In addition, I want to give a big shout out to her mentor, Alexander. Alexander is one of our Helpline counselors, but loves to volunteer his time in mentoring trainees. I am grateful for his dedication to our counselors in training!
