Dear Volunteers,
We at Long Island Crisis Center want you to know that you are valued, appreciated, and needed in the life-saving work that we do! Even if you do not answer a call that leads to literally saving someone’s life, you are there to answer the call for those who are in need; those in need of comfort, those in need of some options, those in need of validation, those in need of information. You are there for the caller and you are also there for those who are worried about someone they care for.

Happy Volunteer Appreciation Month! Thank you for your dedication to our agency and to our mission. There would be no Long Island Crisis Center without you all.
