    Congratulations to Gianna for going solo!Starting in the October 2022 CIT class, Gianna has been coming in to do her mentored shifts with me on Wednesday nights. Alongside Christine and her newly solo CIT Carolyn, it really brought us back to how things were before COVID! Gianna has done a fantastic job with calming down even some of the most difficult of callers and may one day earn herself the title of “KC Whisperer.” 🙂
