Just a quick FYI for those of you who answer the 988 Lifeline! As you know, when you answer 988 you will hear the message “press 1 to accept this lifeline call”. Once you press 1, you are connected to the client. Occasionally you may hear this message and no matter how many times you press 1, the message just repeats. If this happens, please know that it means the caller hung up before the call got to our center and (for once) it’s not a problem with Five9. If you have any questions, please let me know 🙂
